Julius Meinl
More than a moment. More than a career.
The moment you and your colleagues have a laugh together during your first barista training. The moment the Management Board approves your big idea after you pitched it to them. The moment you meet a member of the Meinl family and hear their impressive stories about the history of the company and the brand. The moment you tour the production facility and feel the incredible attention to detail of the coffee-loving company you work for. The moment you sit in a coffee house and sip the product you’re a part of creating.
These are just some of the small, but significant moments that will make your career meaningful with us.
‘More than a moment’ is more than just a tagline at Julius Meinl. It’s a way of life.
We mean it when we say it takes a variety of beans to create the perfect, well-balanced coffee blend, just as it takes a variety of people to make a perfect, well-balanced team.
Julius Meinl grew out of a small store that began 160+ years ago as a spice shop in Vienna, Austria, where our HQ is still located today. A LOT has changed since then - we have opened 20 offices around the globe and employ people from more than 40 nations. But the fact that a family started this business - and is still actively involved - defines the spirit of our company.
In line with our leitmotif ‘together we grow’ we believe in creating a workplace in which everybody thrives and is empowered with the freedom to act.
You grow as the company grows. You make the impact; you make the moments meaningful.
